Good job by staff, keep going. Good job by manager he helped me a lot.the service quality is up to mark. They are like will do everything if you ask. The bathrooms were hygienic. The rooms are tidy enough for good experience.

Bed bugs got me buggd

The room was fine was a person but the geyser didn't work, television didn't work. There was no towel and blanket. I had to tell them many times to get things done but they couldn't fix it. I was asked to take bath in the next room since there was no bucket in the washroom. There was black bed bugs all over the bad and that too bigger ones who were not feeded for many days I guess. I took my stay for two days but had to vacate on day 1 only and my second day money got wasted.

Hi! It was my worst experience ever happened to me. I was so angry on Cleartrip to have such hotels in their group. I reached hotel around 4.00 pm. The person sitting in the lobby was doesnt know anything . they made me to sit sit in the lobby for 30 mins. They dont even have fan in the lobby. They didnt have room for me. then they took me to another hotel of their Hotel of the same group. It was pathetic. It was room meant for one of their staff. The bed cover was full of stains and the room stinks. The cupboard was filled with the towels and bedsheets. they asked me to stay there for few hours and then they will move to the same hotel. I made up my mind not to stay there. I just fresh up left the hotel. I felt like a hell in the hotel. Please dont cheat you customers with such type of hotels. My request please never ever stay in this hotel. Clear Trip please take out this hotel from your list.

1. No room service. 2. Cockroaches in the rooms. 3. Gyesers doesn't work. 4. If asked for drinking water, it arrives 2-3hrs later. 5. Hotel employees are not at all friendly. They are shrewd. 6. I have been asked to pay a deposit amount of Rs 5500 for 3 days of stay. 7. Wify doesn't work most of the time. Overall a very bad experience. Not at all worthy of the money you pay.
